ALSO, I have added my creation....Pepper Rubs! I've dehydrated the pulp from my hot sauce ingredients, added a few additional spices and VOILA!!! Use them on meats, seafoad, vegetables or on anything else you can think of. They are delicious and a little goes a long way.

Lucy has been my nickname since childhood. After over 35 years of growing and canning peppers, I finally created my Lucy's Hot Lava company. My recipes have been used in our family for years and passed down generations. Although I use the same ingredients, every batch may turn out slightly different but still full of flavor and delicious!
